The Chateau Orqueveaux Collection
This collection has been created at Chateau Orquevaux. Having been selected for the international art residency, I responded to the beautiful countryside in the champagne region and reflected on how the environment shaped my work. Walks in the forest or by the lake were a joy and the November weather didn’t let me down for inspiration either: autumnal sun, fresh winds and soft and silencing snow created three distinct colour palettes. Oil with mixed media of oil and chalk pastels, marble dust, charcoal and collage are used in my signature style of layering up and scraping back.
